Description:
Jerzy Liebert was a poet creating his literary work during the interwar period (1904-1931). Initially, he was influenced by romantic comprehending of the world, later he moved towards metaphysical lyric poetry. The present text is aimed at showing the relationship between Liebert´s literary work and the poetry of the Samander literary group which characteristic features, among other things, are: presentism (comprehended as relationship with the present time), vitalism, pacifism, universalism, and urbanism. At the topic level it is seen when Liebert reaches for the elements of biologism or for the cult of spontaneity, and when he calls on the motiv of wine or drunkenness. It is also possible to point at the kinship of Liebert with the Skamander´s "big five" in the sphere of versification. Altough the poet set him free from the influence of the Skamander group about 1926, it can be stated that it was an important period in the evolution of his poetry.

Vědy o výchově procházejí různými stadii svého vývoje a od předvědeckého stadia se nejen v českém prostředí institucionalizovaly a staly se pevnou součástí společenských věd. V případě andragogiky došlo v dikci institucionalizace vědní disciplíny k vymezení oboru, metod, obor budujících institucí a k ustanovení časopisů prezentujících výsledky zkoumání v oboru. Pro každý vědní obor je ale relevantní položit si otázku, jaký je vztah stavu poznání v národním kontextu k tomu mezinárodnímu. Článek si klade otázku, jak český andragogický diskurz proniká do anglicky komunikující odborné komunity, konkrétněji do anglicky psaného andragogického diskurzu. Pro získání odpovědi byla využita analýza textů v databázích organizujících záznamy anglicky psaných vědeckých publikací (EBSCO, ERIC, WOS) podle stanovených klíčových slov. and Educational sciences are currently in various development stages, and it is not only within the Czech context where they have institutionalized and become a stable part of social sciences discourse from the pre-scientific stage. What has taken place in the case of andragogy in the diction of the institutionalization of a scientific discipline has been the definition of the discipline, its methods, and discipline-establishing institutions as well as the establishment of journals presenting research outcomes of the discipline. However, it is relevant for each scientific discipline to ask the question of how the state of the art in the national context relates to that in the international context. This paper poses the question of how the Czech andragogical discourse has penetrated the English-speaking expert community, in particular English written andragogical discourse. To find the answer, the paper relies on an analysis of texts in record-organizing databases of English written scientific publications (EBSCO, ERIC, WOS) based on selected keywords.

Meiner Meinung nach ist die Anschauung Josef Vintr´s (Verba et Historia, Prag 2005, 385-9), wonach die Entstehung des Ausdrucks rusьskymi (pismeny) in der Vita Constantini statt rumьskymi ein Fehler ist, richtig. Das Adjektiv rumьskyi ist ein anderes Wort als rimьskyi und hat einen anderen Ursprung und eine andere Bedeutung. In Russland wurde seit den 14. Jh. das Adjektiv rumьskyi nicht mehr gebraucht, und deshalb hat man statt rumьskymi fälschlicherweise rusьskymi auch in die anderen ksl. Texte geschrieben.

Der Aufsatz behandelt die Unterschiede in der Übersetzung derselben griechischen Wörter in den Teilen des slavischen Evangeliums, die im kurzen Aprakosevangelium enthalten sind, gegenüber den Teilen, die im Aprakostext nicht vertreten sind. Ein Verzeichnis solcher Ausdrücke wurde zusammengestellt. Lexikalische Abweichungen der im kurzen Aprakostext nicht vorhandenen Teile von den übrigen Teilen sind nicht sehr zahlreich; sie sind aber signifikant, besonders an den Parallelstellen der synoptischen Evangelien. Unter den Lexemen, die für die im kurzen Aprakos fehlenden Teile charakteristisch sind, gibt es - im Unterschied zum Aprakostext - keine Moravismen. Deshalb kann man die Meinung nicht teilen, wonach die im kurzen Aprakosevangelium fehlenden Passagen in Mähren übersetzt wurden.

8. Padesátník ze staročeského hlaholského Comestora

In der kritischen Ausgabe der alttschechischen, aus der Bibliothek des Prager Emmaus-Kloster stammenden und in kroatischer eckiger Glagoliza geschriebenen Handschrift von Comestor (ComestH; vor 1416), erwähnt die Editorin Ludmila Pacnerová eine Reihe lexikalischer Unterschiede zwischen diesen Textfragmenten, welche die ursprüngliche Übersetzungsversion erhalten, und der anderen Handschrift dieser mittelalterlichen biblischen Geschichte, welche in Lateinschrift abgeschriebenen ist (ComestC; 1404?). Der vorliegende Artikel befasst sich mit auffäligen Übersetzungsvarianten für lateinische quinquagenarius. Man stellt fest, dass der in ComestH vorkommende Ausdruck padesátník nicht 'Mann von fünfzig Jahren', sondern 'Befehlshaber einer Einheit von fünfzig Männern' bedeutet; es handelt sich also nicht um ein Synonymum zu der in ComestC angewandten Wortverbindung 'padesát let v stáří'. Die tschechischen von Zahlwörtern abgeleiteten Personenbenennungen treten erst später in der Bedeutung 'eine bestimmte Zahl an Jahren habend' auf (belegt in Dobrovský´s Deutsch-böhmisches Wörterbuch).

This article presents a method for computer-assisted text analysis, which has been employed by the author in a number of studies. The inductive methodology is based on a frequency count analysis of the co-occurrence of words; and a visualization of the results of this text analysis in a two dimensional space. The main advantage of this text analysis technique is its potential for (a) exploring large amounts of textual data without any pre-coded or theoretically laden vocabularies or thesauri; and (b) the extraction of discursive patterns often only detectable in an a posteriori expert analysis. An example is used to demonstrate the use of this computer assisted text analysis method through an analysis of the transcripts of biographical interviews exploring life in Czech socialist society. The analysis presented uncovers both shared and distinctive discursive patterns found in the narratives of the interviewees who come from two distinct social groups.
