У склопу разматрања стања славистике у савременом свету, у раду је представљен извештај о организовању XVI Међународног конгреса слависта у Београду 2018. године. У средишту пажње је утврђивање опште тематике Конгреса; ту је и прецизирање форме рада, одређивање квота учесника, избор тематских блокова, формулисање пленарних реферата и сл. Све активности Председништва МКС-а , па и оне које се тичу измена у правцу модернизације МКС-а, морају имати у виду дугогодишњу традицију постојања и рада Међународног комитета слависта, и бити усмерене на развијање и неговање славистике у свим земљама света. Посебно је важно укључивање младих у рад МКС-а. and As a part of the state analysis of the Slavic culture in contemporary world, this paper represents a report on the organization of the XVI International Slavic Congress in Belgrade in 2018. The main focus is to determine the general theme of the Congress. There is also a refinement of the paper form, determination of the participant quota, the selection of thematic blocks, the formulation of the plenary presentations etc. All activities of the ISC Presidency, including those related to the modernisation of the ISC are to be considered in accordance with a long tradition of existence and work of the International Slavic Committee and be focused on the development and nurturing of Slavic studies in all countries around world. It is particularly important to involve young people in the work of the ISC.

The conversation approaches different subjects such as the reception of Dostoevsky as writer and as man, installation of his new cult, the salient traits of his work, his artistic discoveries. One particular topic concerns Dostoevsky's role today when Russia is using his ideas to build its mythology of a great power.

Риторика публицистики Ф.Достоевского рассматривается как система элементов коммуникативного акта, устанавливающего канал связи между писателем и читателем. В статье дается характеристика функций наиболее важных риторических приемов обработки факта, способствующих эмоционально-логической связности текста: контрапункта, приема умолчания, лексических и синтаксических повторов, этимологического комментария, использование «чужого» слова, именного текста и т.д. Стилевая неоднородность повествования создает эффект живой речи, оперативно реагирующей на точку зрения предполагаемого оппонента. Включение в авторский текст «чужого» слова придает монологическому высказыванию диа- логический характер, определяет динамику высказывания, создает эффект живого общения с читателем, что было одним из основных стимулов работы писателя над «Дневником». and The rhetoric of F. Dostoevsky's journalism is considered a system of elements of a communicative act that establishes a communication channel between the writer and the reader. The article describes the functions of the most important rhetorical techniques of fact processing that contribute to the emotional and logical coherence of the text: counterpoint, preterition, lexical and syntactic repetitions, etymological commentary, use of «someone else's» word, nominal text, etc. The stylistic heterogeneity of the narration creates the effect of live speech that responds promptly to the point of view of the perceived opponent. The inclusion of "someone else's" word in the author's text gives the monologue a dialogical character, determines the dynamics of the statement, and creates the effect of live communication with the reader. It was one of the main incentives of the writer's work on the "Diary".

The article defines five categories of animals in literature: i) morally instructive (Sentimentalism), ii) the "outsider", iii) moral superiority of animals as against humans, iv) the absurd, v) the threatening. The first category survives right through to the present, especially in children's literature and, in any case, the categories overlap, with Russian literature defying any attempts at "periodisation": the absurd is found in Gogol as well as Voinovich; the morally instructive is in Tolstoy and Vladimov. The moral superiority of animals is especially prevalent in Twentieth Century Russian literature and is graphically epitomised in Shalamov's affection for cats in preference to human beings.

Автор настоящей статьи занимаетя проблемой формирования креативной писательницы как особого типа художника и альтернативной транзиции на примере чешской писательницы Ружены Свободовой (1868–1920), относящейся к belle époque в период, когда усиливается процесс женской эмансипации и, одновременно, и значение, даже культ культуры и искусств в целом, которые во время перед Первой мировой войной кульминируют – в отличие от подобного переходного времени в первой трети 21 века. and The author of the present study deals with with the problem of the formation of a creative female writer as a specific type of an artist and the alternative transition on the example of the Czech writer Růžena Svobodová (1868–1920) belonging to the belle époque in the period when the process of women's emancipation and, at the same time, also the significance, even the cult of culture and arts in general which at the time before the First World War culminates – in contrast to the similar transitive time of the first third of the 21st century.
