During the last couple of decades, paid childcare has become one of the central issues of feminist research. Agencies mediating childcare are a relatively new actor in childcare arrangements in the Czech Republic. This article argues that these agencies do not fill a gap in the market by offering childcare. Far from providing simple supply that reacts to a market demand, the agencies create the demand for specific care. Drawing upon qualitative research conducted with owners of these agencies, the text looks into the ways in which childcare is constructed. The issues of qualified, specialized, and professionalized care are discussed. The article aims to show that childcare in the agencies is deconstructed as a natural female activity and is reconstructed as a gendered activity requiring particular skills that are subjected to professional screening., Adéla Souralová., and Obsahuje bibliografii
With japonica rice 98-08, indica hybrids Shanyou 63, Gangyou 881, and X07S/Zihui 100, and sub-species hybrid Peiai 64S/9311 as materials, chlorophyll (Chl) content, Chl a fluorescence parameters, and membrane lipid peroxidation in flag leaf were measured at late developmental stages under natural conditions. Fv/Fm, qP, ΦPS2, and electron transport rate gradually decreased while qN increased conversely. Excessive photon energy led to the accumulation of active oxygen (O2-), H2O, malonyldialdehyde, and products of membrane lipid peroxidation, and resulted in reduced Chl content and early ageing subsequent to the photooxidation during flag leaf senescence. There was obvious diversification of these parameters among rice cultivars. In comparison with japonica cv. 98-08 (tolerant to photooxidation), Fv/Fm decreased in indica cv. Shanyou 63 (susceptible to photooxidation) with greater accumulation of active oxygen and a sharp drop in Chl content, which resulted in "yellowish" early ageing, and affected the filling and setting of rice grains. The mechanism for premature ageing in indica rice was related to irradiance and temperature at filling stages. On a sunny day at above 25 °C, the reaction centre of photosystem 2 (PS2) exhibited a dynamic change on reversible inactivation. Under the intense irradiance at noon, PS2 function in indica rice exhibited obvious down-regulation and photoinhibition. Under intense irradiance with lowered temperatures, PS2 resulted in photo-damage and early ageing, related to the degradation of PS2-D1 protein and the inhibition of endogenous protection systems such as the xanthophyll cycle and enzymes scavenging active oxygen. Hence for high-yield breeding, based on a good plant-type and utilising heterosis and tolerance of photooxidation, the selection of japonica rice or a sterile line with the japonica genotype as female is a strategy worthy of consideration. and Demao Jiao, Benhua Ji, Xia Li.
Net photosynthesis (Pn)> transpiration (£) and water use efficiency (WUE) responses to prolonged drought and subsequent recovery after rewatering were investigated in sun and shade leaves of two maize (Zea mays L. cv. Pioneer 3839 SC) stands with different plant density (6.2 and 10.8 plants per m^). Drought stress was induced by the very smáli amount of precipitation (60 mm) during the 57 d of the study period. was higher in both sun and shade leaves in the low density stand through the study period, presumably owing to higher degree of intraspecific competition in the denser stand. did not decrease under severe drought stress in the sun leaves of the two stands. WUE decreased in sun leaves in both stands. decreased most in the shade leaves of the high density stand, due to less available radiation in this stand. The higher degree of intraspecific competition might also contribute to this. The short- and long-term responses by the stands to irrigation differed greatly, as WUE decreased in the high density stand and increased in the low density stand. Thus was more strongly affected in the high density stand because of the higher degree of interactive drought stress and intraspecific competition concurrently with considerable loss of stomatal control of E.
In my thesis I covered the topic of biblical and Christian „silence and speaking“ tradition and also the question of communication between men and God. As the biblical tradition shows, word in Christian tradition has a central meaning: It not only creates everything but it is the actual God. Generally we can say that both man’s and God’s speaking are stressed at the beginning of a Christian spiritual way, and in my opinion the God - man communication happens in the unconscious (colletive) -conscious (personal) sphere. Gradually the verbal (man-initiated) and later also the nonverbal - sensual and thought-communication withdraws. The following way of communication is very difficult to describe or explain because even people themselves can’t explain how they communicate with God. According to God’s words man „simply is“ with him (or in him?). This state is described as contemplation. It is thought to be the aim of a Christian life, therefore I think that to evaluate Christianity as a „spirituality of speaking" is quite superficial and not exact. The question of unsufficiency of natural language is connected with contemplation. Its awareness has been present in Christianity from the beginning.
The article deals with the description and creation of a parametric model of the generator s stator winding coil using the Unigraphics(NX program. It contains a detailed procedure for designing a parametric model, including the creation of basic planes, link to another application, and entering parametric environment.
