We defined 58 dramatic situations and annotated them in 19 play scripts. Then we selected only 5 well-recognized dramatic situations and annotated further 33 play scripts. In this version of the data, we release only play scripts that can be freely distributed, which is 9 play scripts. One play is annotated independently by three annotators.
We defined 58 dramatic situations and annotated them in 19 play scripts. Then we selected only 5 well-recognized dramatic situations and annotated further 33 play scripts. In the previous (first) version, we released 9 play scripts that could be freely distributed. In this (second) version of the data, we are adding another 10 plays for which we have obtained licenses from authors. In total, there are 19 play scripts available, and one of them is annotated three times - independently by three annotators.
V tomto přehledovém článku se věnujeme kardiotoxickým účinkům hlavních skupin cytostatických léčiv a potencionálním metodám snížení těchto nežádoucích efektů protinádorové terapie., Cancer represents the second most frequent cause of mortality in the Czech Republic as well as in all other EU member countries. In 2010, there were 82 606 new cases of malignant tumours reported to National oncology registry of the Czech Republic, which means about 4 % increase as compared to 2009. Taking into account that cardiovascular diseases are foremost reason of death in European countries and cardiotoxicity of chemotherapy is well known, there is a need to search for new cardioprotective techniques and improvements of actual anti-tumour protocols. This review focuses on cardiotoxic effects of main groups of cytostatic drugs and on potential methods decreasing these adverse side effects., David Dufek, Tibor Stračina, Marie Nováková, and Literatura
Gastropathy is one of the most common diseases of the human gastrointestinal tract. Apart from its consequences in the stomach, it is also manifested in other parts of the digestive tract, particularly in the duodenum. The aim of this pilot study was to verify on animal model the empirically observed alleviation of gastropathy symptoms in patients who underwent a drinking treatment of Vincentka natural mineral water during their spa treatment. Sixteen male Wistar rats were included in the study. The animals were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (E; n=8) and control group (C; n=8). The experimental protocol consisted of three phases: (1) handling phase (7 days); (2) mineral water (E)/tap water (C) administration (7 days); (3) acute gastritis induction (1 day). Twenty-four hours after the induction of acute gastritis, the animals were sacrificed. The collected tissues (stomach and duodenum) and blood were examined by standard histological microscopy, and by immunohistochemical and biochemical methods. Histopathological analysis revealed significantly reduced damage to the gastric mucosa in the experimental group. Significantly different values of blood plasma antioxidant capacity, oxidative stress parameters and blood plasma biochemical parameters were also found. Based on these results, we conclude that the mineral water Vincentka has a positive impact on development and symptoms of acute gastric ulcers.
The THEaiTRobot 1.0 tool allows the user to interactively generate scripts for individual theatre play scenes.
The tool is based on GPT-2 XL generative language model, using the model without any fine-tuning, as we found that with a prompt formatted as a part of a theatre play script, the model usually generates continuation that retains the format.
We encountered numerous problems when generating the script in this way. We managed to tackle some of the problems with various adjustments, but some of them remain to be solved in a future version.
THEaiTRobot 1.0 was used to generate the first THEaiTRE play, "AI: Když robot píše hru" ("AI: When a robot writes a play").
The THEaiTRobot 2.0 tool allows the user to interactively generate scripts for individual theatre play scenes.
The previous version of the tool (http://hdl.handle.net/11234/1-3507) was based on GPT-2 XL generative language model, using the model without any fine-tuning, as we found that with a prompt formatted as a part of a theatre play script, the model usually generates continuation that retains the format.
The current version also uses vanilla GPT-2 by default, but can also instead use a GPT-2 medium model fine-tuned on theatre play scripts (as well as film and TV series scripts). Apart from the basic "flat" generation using a theatrical starting prompt and the script model, the tool also features a second, hierarchical variant, where in the first step, a play synopsis is generated from its title using a synopsis model (GPT-2 medium fine-tuned on synopses of theatre plays, as well as film, TV series and book synopses). The synopsis is then used as input for the second stage, which uses the script model.
The choice of models to use is done by setting the MODEL variable in start_server.sh and start_syn_server.sh
THEaiTRobot 2.0 was used to generate the second THEaiTRE play, "Permeation/Prostoupení".
