Internet access to a patient healthrecord IZIP - electronic health-diary - allows exchange of information about a patient in the whole system, between a physician and a patient, between physicians and other healthcare institutions and pharmacies. Assessment service is a medical section in the system of social welfare. Inclusion of the assessment service into electronic information exchange system would significantly help not only to assessing doctors, but also to those doctors who seek to use the information and conclusions of the assessment service. A good example of information useful and reasonable to share is "temporary working disability" (TWD).
