V případu uvádíme kazuistiku pacienta s výskytem solitární metastázy adenokarcinomu prostaty do glans penis cca pět let po radioterapii pro lokálně pokročilý karcinom prostaty. Popisujeme zvolenou diagnostickou a léčebnou strategii a následné sledování. I přes špatnou prognózu a postupnou progresi onemocnění je uvedený pacient v relativně dobrém stavu, asymptomatický., We present a case of a patient with a solitary metastasis of the prostate cancer to the glans penis which occurred approximately five years after the radiotherapy with curative intent for the treatment of locally advanced adenocarcinoma of the prostate. We describe the diagnostic and treatment strategy and follow-up.
