Cíl: posoudit možnosti hodnocení N-stagingu karcinomu prsu pomocí 18F-FDG-PET/CT. Metodika: V souboru 26 žen vyšetřených před operací prsu pomocí 18F-FDG-PET/CT byl porovnán výkon zobrazení pomocí dvou přístrojů se tříprstencovým detektorem PET (15 žen) a se čtyřprstencovým detektorem PET (11 žen), kdy ve druhé skupině bylo použito techniky rekonstrukce obrazu time-of-flight a point spread function a současně snížení dávky aplikovaného radiofarmaka na 2, 5 MBq/kg ve srovnání s 4 MBq/kg. Výsledky: V celém souboru bylo dosaženo pro hodnocení uzlinových metastáz v axile senzitivity 85%, specificity 65%, u nemocných vyšetřených pomocí zařízení s time-of-flight a point spread function bylo dosaženo významně lepších výsledků se senzitivitou 100 % a specificitou 80 %. Závěr: Použitím rekonstrukce obrazu time-of-flight a point spread function dosahuje lepších výsledků v hodnocení uzlinových axilárních metastáz i za současného snížení dávky aplikovaného radiofarmaka na 2,5 MBq/kg., Aim: to evaluate the possibilities of the N--staging assesment of the breast carcinoma using 18F-FDG-PET/CT. Method: In 26 women examined before surgery using 18F-FDG-PET/CT, the performance was compared when the three-ring PET system was used (15 women) and four-ring PET system with image reconstruction using time-ofiflight and point spread function even with the radiopharmaceuticals dose reduction to 2.5 MBq/kg from 4 MBq/kg. Results: The sensitivity to detect axillary lmph nodes metastases reached 85%, specificity of 65% in the whole sample, in patients examined by the system enabling the reconstruction time-of-flight and point spread function, the sensitivity was improved significantly to 100% with specificity of 85%.
