V období od června 2009 do ledna 2014 bylo na Urologickém oddělení Fakultní nemocnice u sv. Anny v Brně ošetřeno celkem pět pacientů s diagnózou priapizmu. Ve všech případech se jednalo o ischemický‑nízkoprůtokový priapizmus. Autoři popisují tři kazuistiky s různým průběhem a zvolenou efektní terapeutickou modalitou. Poukazují na dobu od vzniku potíží do ošetření jako limitující faktor prognózy této náhlé urologické příhody., In the period from June 2009 to January 2014 a total of five patients with a diagnosis of priapism were treated at the Urology Department of the University Hospital St. Anna, Brno. All patients suffered with low flow ischemic priapism. The authors describe three case reports with different process and effective therapeutic modality chosen.
