V naší kazuistice pojednáváme o přínosu SPECT/ CT s aplikací 111In-DTPA-oktreotidu (Octreoscan) a 18F-FDG-PET/CT vyšetření při posouzení metabolické aktivity v solitárním plicním uzlu, který má maligní charakter na CT skenech. Kombinace CT a nukleárně medicínského vyšetření umožnila vyhnout se invazivním diagnostickým metodám jako je plicní biopsie., The benefit of SPECT/CT with the application of the In111-DTPA-octreotide (Octreoscan) and the benefit of the F18-FDG-PET/CT examination in the assessment of metabolic activity in a solitary lung nodule of a malignant pattern according to the CT scan is presented in this case report.
