Syndrom neklidných nohou (restless legs syndrome - RLS) je senzorimotorické onemocnění charakterizované nutkáním pohybovat dolními končetinami a občas jinými částmi těla, které je doprovázeno pocitem diskomfortu nebo bolesti v postižených částech těla.
