Description:: The A, B, C an K "constants" are estimated in the solar vicinity from the gradients of U, V linear velocity components in the X, Y plane. We found differences between the very young /age < 5x10^7 years/ and moderately old /age > 2x10^8 years/ stars. The non-circular motions of the very young stars are interpreted as the result of the expansion of the local system.
