Fibres, cables, wires and fibres can play an important role in design of many machines. One of the most interesting applications is replacement of chosen rigid elements of a manipulator or a mechanism by cables. The main advantage of this design is the achievement of a lower moving inertia, which leads to a higher mechanism speed, and lower production costs. An inverted pendulum attached and driven by two fibres serves as a typical testing system for the investigation of the fibres properties influence of the system dynamic response. Motion of the pendulum of this nonlinear system is investigated using the alaska simulation tool and an in-house program created in the MATLAB system. Since mass of fibres can influence employed types of fibre models, chosen dynamic quantities (e.g. pendulum angle, vibration amplitude etc.), are investigated in dependence on the excitation frequency for various fibres weights. and Obsahuje seznam literatury
This paper deals with the identification of nonlinear dynamic systems by LOLIMOT algorithm, which allows to gradually build the neuro-fuzzy model of the identified system. The mathematical model as well as the identification algorithm for MISO and MIMO systems are described. The methodology is demonstrated on several examples. and Obsahuje seznam literatury
The paper deals with the washout algorithms of driving simulators. The simulators enable human beings to test the properties of vehicles or to train their control before they are manufactured in extremely realistic circumstances. The problem is that the movement of the platform is limited by its workspace. The washout algorithm realizes the most realistic movement of the simulator within the limited workspace. New improved washout algorithms are described and their improved properties are demonstrated by simulations. and Obsahuje seznam literatury
The paper deals with the calibration methods for machines with parallel kinematics. The procedures are based on Newton method for numerical solution of overconstrained system of nonlinear equations. The methods are applied on redundantly actuated machine with planar kinematics named ‘Sliding Star‘. The redundant measurements of relative motions in joints allow on-line calibration in real time of machine tool operation. This could significantly improve the thermal inaccuracy of machine tools with parallel mechanisms. and Obsahuje seznam literatury
