- Description:
- Kovové Hallové senzory představují radiačně a tepelně odolnou alternativu polovodičových Hallových senzorů. Umožňují měřit magnetické pole v prostředí s ionizujícím zářením a za vysokých teplot, kde polovodičové senzory selhávají. Primárně jsou určeny pro budoucí termojaderné elektrárny. Ústav fyziky plazmatu AV ČR vyvíjí kovové Hallové senzory ve spolupráci s ITER International Fusion Energy Organization, Fyzikálním ústavem AV ČR, Centrem výzkumu Řež a společnostmi Petr Sládek a HVM Plasma. V prosinci minulého roku byly vyvinuté senzory schváleny pro měření magnetického pole v mezinárodním termojaderném reaktoru ITER., Metallic Hall sensors represent a radiation and heat-resistant alternative of semiconductor sensors fail. They are primarily intended for future fusion power plants. The Institute of Plasma Physics of the CAS develops metallic Hall sensors in collaboration with the ITER International Fusion Energy Organization, the Institution of Physics of the CAS, the Research Centre Rez, Petr Sladek and HVM Plasma companies. In December last year, metallic Hall sensors successfully passed the ITER final design review. Sixty outer vessel steady-state magnetic sensors units will be distributed in three vacuum vessel sectors of ITER as a subsystem of the ITER magnetic diagnostics. Each sensor unit features a pair of metallic Hall sensors with a sensing layer made of bismuth. They will constribute to the measurement of the plasma current, plasma-wall clearance, and local perturbations of the magnetic flux surfaces close to the wall. The article reviews the design of these sensors, their manufacturing technology, the signal processing and their extensive testing., Slavomír Entler, Ivan Ďuran., and Obsahuje seznam literatury

- Description:
- Purity, integrity and protein synthesis were studied in chloroplasts isolated from barley (Hordeum vulgare L. cv. Hassan) leaf segments incubated for 20 h in the dark, a treatment which enhances subsequent senescence. Apparently, isolated chloroplasts retained enough Mg^^ for the incorporation of radioactive ainino acids into proteins. The effects of chloramphenicol, cycloheximide and nuclease and the requirement of radiant energy indicated that amino acid incorporation was due to protein synthesis on 70S chloroplast ribosomes. The electrophoretic profile of the polypeptides synthesized was similar in intact and in broken chloroplasts. Pulse-chase assays indicated that most, if not all, polypeptides labelled in assays with isolated chloroplasts were complete polypeptides, which were also synthesized in vivo. Hence the polypeptides synthesized in vivo by chloroplasts early in senescence may be accurately and reliably studied in this systém of protein synthesis by isolated chloroplasts.
