a1_The pastoral opera L’Amor non ha legge (premiered in Jaroměřice, 1728) was composed by the vicekapellmeister Antonio Caldara, based on libretto by Domenico Bonlini. It is the first attested dramatic musical composition written at the direct order of Count Johann Adam Questenberg (1678-1752), a connoisseur of music, skilled lute player, an occasional composer, and - above all - a passionate promoter of the Italian opera seria. The present article concerns with the generic examination of the plot of opera seria, with regard to its superior genre, favola pastorale. In L’Amor non ha legge, living in harmony with the Nature gains general appraisal, the Idyllic merry-making in the countryside being sharply contrasted with life in the city and at the (imperial) court. As a result, the main character, young aristocrat, having become enamoured with a shepherdess, leaves for the country where he is allowed to repose and forget the hustle and bustle of the city, as well as its corruptness. These characteristics seem to be fitting the personality of Count Questenberg himself, who sought a refuge from the city to his castle of Jaroměřice, set in the rural region of Southern Moravia. As Bonlini states in his introductory argomento, the aim of the opera is, primarily, to celebrate simple, undemanding Love. Not coincidentally, both meanings of the word ’Amor’ are made use of in the libretto; the abstract ’Love’, as well as the personified name of the God of Love - Amor. Love verses and lovely affections are abundant in the language and the plot of the opera; what Bonlini is most concerned with, especially in the arias, is to depict as many aspects of Love, hence the affects, as possible: constant love, love suffering, requited love, noble love, miserable love, vain love, martyred love, jealous love, despising love, even paternal love., a2_The message of the opera L’Amor non ha legge, therefore, is the imperative of symbiosis between Man and the Laws of Nature; the Law of Love, superior even to the obstacles of social inequality, should - according to Bonlini - always be in accordance with the Reason. Favorizing the pastoral environment over the court and city, in particular, can be read as a laud of the castle of Jaroměřice, which the Count was justly proud of, and which he identified with considerably., Jana Perutková., and Obsahuje bibliografické odkazy
The article presents the contemporary feminist stream of new materialism, and compares and contracts it with the linguistic branch of poststructuralism which has been criticized by new materialism for neglecting matter. The paper first discusses points of departure these two streams share, specifically, a critique of Western metaphysics, and in particular the fundamental interrogation of dualities and the idea of a stable inner essence in Western thought. Consequently, the article shortly introduces the starting points of new materialism and presents Judith Butler’s ideas on matter which are pivotal for the comparison that follows. The comparison of the two streams concentrates on the following issues: ontology, power, the abject, difference, subject and embodiment. The article stresses strong and weak points of both the streams and presents them as complementary rather than contradictory approaches., Hana Porkertová., and Obsahuje bibliografii
Five soils from Slovakia (denoted ŽH, ŽHV, CH, CHN and PD) which differed with respect to organic matter and clay content, were selected for kinetic and equilibrium studies of chlorotoluron sorption. First- and second-order kinetic equations were used for description of differences in chlorotoluron sorption rates in studied soils. Chlorotoluron sorption rate could be better expressed by second-order kinetic equation. Comparing rate constant values of first-order sorption k1 and initial sorption rate values v0 of second-order, the same order in decrease of sorption rate was obtained: v(ŽHV) > v(CHN) > v(ŽH) > v(CH) > v(PD). The experimental sorption isotherms fitted very well with the Freundlich and the Henry?s (linear) isotherm. Freundlich coefficients KF for ŽH, ŽHV, PD, CHN and CH soils were 10.96, 8.21, 6.36, 6.58 and 6.63 ?g g-1 (cm3 ?g-1)N, respectively. KD values for chlorotoluron sorption by ŽH, ŽHV, PD, CHN and CH soils were 16.62, 14.91, 10.39, 9.6 and 7.36 cm3 g-1, respectively. Sorption increased with increasing clay content (?0.002 mm (%), R2 = 0.855) and organic carbon content (Cox [%], R2 = 0.703). Results of laboratory trials suggested that studied agricultural soils served as a relatively efficient purifying filters through the sorption in soils. Therefore, extensive penetration of chlorotoluron into the groundwater shouldn't be very high. and Pri laboratórnom štúdiu rýchlosti sorpcie a sorpčných izoteriem chlortoluronu sme použili päť vzoriek pôd (s označením ŽH, ŽHV, CH, CHN a PD) s rozdielnym obsahom organického uhlíka a ílových častíc. Rýchlosť sorpcie chlortoluronu v pôdach sme opísali rýchlostnou rovnicou reakcie prvého a druhého poriadku. Experimentálne určené adsorpčné izotermy chlortoluronu sme vyhodnotili Freundlichovou a Henryho adsorpčnou izotermou. Zistili sme nasledujúce hodnoty koeficienta KF sorpcie chlortoluronu pôdami ŽH, ŽHV, PD, CHN a CH: 10,96; 8,21; 6,36; 6,58 a 6,63 µg g-1 (cm3 µg-1) N . Distribučné koeficienty KD sa pohybovali v rozmedzí od 16,62; 14,91; 10,39; 9,71 až do 7,36 cm3 g-1. Koeficient KF koreloval s obsahom ílovej frakcie (R2 = 0,855) a obsahom organického uhlíka (R2 = 0,703). Laboratórny výskum ukázal, že uvedené poľnohospodárske pôdy môžu v dôsledku silnej sorpcie relatívne účinne zabraňovať prenikaniu chlortoluronu pôdnym profilom.
