The paper, based on the Czech National Corpus, shows the possibilities of studying poetic texts from the following aspects: a) anomaly of the grammatical forms, and of the lexical units, b) the role of the context. After an overview of various statistical and mathematical methods esp. in the Prague Linguistic Circle and during the sixties the author draws a statistical analysis of the collections of poems by Ivan Blatný and Josef Palivec, using the mutual information as of the main statistical approaches in corpus linguistics.
Daný koncept by dle nich mohl sloužit jako inspirace k širšímu přemýšlení o etiologii „podezřele“ nízkých hodnot v testech intelektu a o intelektovém potenciálu dítěte. Z rozhovorů také vyplynulo několik potenciálních námětů pro praxi – potřeba tvorby jasně vymezené a všeobecně přijímané definice SPMP, větší komplexnosti a hloubky diagnostiky, prohloubení spolupráce s rodinou dítěte ze sociálně znevýhodněného prostředí a dalšími návaznými institucemi. and The aim of this pilot qualitative research was to take an insight into how counseling psychologists perceive the concept of socially conditioned intellectual disability (further only SCID). Specifically, to find out if they are aware of this concept, their attitude towards it, diagnostic practice, and potential supportive interventions. Data were obtained through a semistructured interview of 10 respondents (Median experience = 6 years), from 9 Children´s educational care centres (5 regions of the Czech Republic). The obtained data were analyzed by thematic analysis with the elements of the grounded theory using the technique of open coding. The analysis showed that none of the respondents explicitly use the term SCID, however, the term is implicitly present in their practice. According to the respondents, the concept could serve as an inspiration for a broader reflection on the etiology of "suspiciously low" scores in intellectual tests and the intellectual potential of the child. In practice, the respondents most often determine the conclusion about the level of intellectual and adaptive abilities based only on standardized tests of intellect. The respondents do not use tests and scales for adaptive behaviour, social and family environment – mainly due to a lack of staff and time capacity. The respondents perceive the differential diagnosis of SCID from intellectual disability as complicated. Half of the respondents see dynamic assessment as a promising approach to differentiate between SCID and intellectual disability. The respondents provide follow-up support and interventions to children who may fit the SCID concept very marginally due to limited capacity. The interviews also provided several potential suggestions for practice – the need to create a clear and generally accepted definition of SCID, conduct an assessment in greater depth and complexity, and intensify cooperation with the family of a child from a socially disadvantaged background and other related institutions.
Adult specimens of five little-known species of spiruridan nematodes (Spirurida) were collected during occasional examinations of some fishes from the Poonch River in Jammu and Kashmir, India: Procamallanus (Spirocamallanus) bilaspurensis Gupta et Duggal, 1973 in Mastacembelus armatus (Lacépède) (Mastacembelidae, Synbranchiformes), Rhabdochona (Rhabdochona) indica Moravec, Scholz, Ash et Kar, 2010 in Crossocheilus latius (Hamilton) (Cyprinidae, Cypriniformes), Rhabdochona (Rhabdochona) turkestanica (Skryabin, 1917) in Schizothorax richardsonii (Gray) (Cyprinidae, Cypriniformes) and both Rhabdochona (Rhabdochona) hospeti Thapar, 1950 and Rhabdochona (Globochona) cf. chodukini Osmanov, 1957 in Tor putitora (Hamilton) (Cyprinidae, Cypriniformes); besides these, unidentifiable physalopterid larvae were recorded from M. armatus and T. putitora. Their detailed light and electron microscopical studies revealed some taxonomically important, previously not observed features and made possible their redescription. Fourth-stage larvae of P. (S.) bilaspurensis and R. (R.) turkestanica are described for the first time. The latter is resurrected as an independent species. The following are considered to be species inquirendae: a total of nine poorly described species of Rhabdochona Railliet, 1916 from T. putitora in Balochistan, Pakistan, all listed in the monograph of Kakar et al. (2011), plus an additional 15 species of the genus reported from cyprinids and a catfish in the same region (Balochistan) by the same authors. Also three congeneric species from India (R. nemacheili Rautela et Malhotra, 1982, R. putitora Kaur et Khera, 1991 and R. tori Gupta et Srivastava, 1982) and one from Pakistan (R. charsaddiensis Siddiqi et Khattak, 1984) should be considered as species inquirendae due to their poor descriptions. The names of Rhabdochona putitori Anjum, 2013, R. indusi Soofi, Birmani et Dharejo, 2017 and R. sindhicus Soofi, Birmani, Dharejo, Abbasi et Ghachal, 2020 are invalid according to the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature.
A graph $G$ with $p$ vertices and $q$ edges, vertex set $V(G)$ and edge set $E(G)$, is said to be super vertex-graceful (in short SVG), if there exists a function pair $(f, f^+)$ where $f$ is a bijection from $V(G)$ onto $P$, $f^+$ is a bijection from $E(G)$ onto $Q$, $f^+((u, v)) = f(u) + f(v)$ for any $(u, v) \in E(G)$, $$ Q = \begin{cases} \{\pm 1,\dots , \pm \frac 12q\},&\text {if $q$ is even,}\\ \{0, \pm 1, \dots , \pm \frac 12(q-1)\},&\text {if $q$ is odd,} \end{cases} $$ and $$ P = \begin{cases} \{\pm 1,\dots , \pm \frac 12p\},&\text {if $p$ is even,}\\ \{0, \pm 1, \dots , \pm \frac 12(p-1)\},&\text {if $p$ is odd.} \end{cases} $$ \endgraf We determine here families of unicyclic graphs that are super vertex-graceful.
Collections of parasitic nematodes of fishes from some freshwater and brackish-water localities in Honshu, Shikoku and Hokkaido, Japan, carried out in 1996-2009, yielded the following eight species: Hysterothylacium haze (Machida, Takahashi et Masuuchi, 1978) (Anisakidae), Paraquimperia sp., Pingus sinensis Hsü, 1933 (both Quimperiidae), Heliconema anguillae Yamaguti, 1935 (Physalopteridae), Rhabdochona angusticaudata sp. n., Rhabdochona zacconis Yamaguti, 1935 (both Rhabdochonidae), Ascarophis arctica Polyanskiy, 1952 (Cystidicolidae) and Eustrongylides sp. larvae (Dioctophymatidae). The new species, R. angusticaudata sp. n., described from the intestine of the Japanese eel Anguilla japonica Temminck et Schlegel in the Renjoji River, Shikoku, is mainly characterised by the presence of 14-16 anterior prostomal teeth, non-bifurcated deirids with rounded ends, the length of the left spicule (300-384 µm long), the right spicule with a dorsal barb and non-filamented eggs. The species of Paraquimperia Baylis, 1934 and A. arctica are reported from Japan for the first time. Based on light and scanning electron microscopical examinations, some new morphological data on H. haze, H. anguillae, R. zacconis and A. arctica are provided., František Moravec, Kazuya Nagasawa., and Obsahuje bibliografii
The summarizing study presents the research field of the so called school ethnography of the body (SEB) that started to develop during the last decade. This interdisciplinary field produces results that could be used in the social and cultural anthropology, sociology, social philosophy as well as in pedagogy. The introductory part of the study is dedicated to the concept of the body that is being productively handled within the frame of the SEB. Subsequently, selected concepts of the body are applied to the socio-cultural space of the school, and in the final part of the study the results of partial researches within the frame of the SEB, realized so far, are presented, as well as the basic theoretical and methodological approaches.
With respect to the history of sciences under communism, we understand the gray zone to mean academic practices originating from the negotiated autonomy of academia and the need to respect scientific values such as objectivity and a critical approach to reality. Our research explores the links between academic communities that were not directly involved in dissident activities but actively supported dissent initiatives (very often for a limited period of time) and were linked to transnational scientific networks or social movements. Specifically, we analyze the involvement of socially engaged scientists employed by the official research institutions in dissident activities related to the environmental sciences.
