Všechny tyto nové podmínky, které by měla zavést nová úprava obsažená v citovaném vládním návrhu zákona o rozhodčím soudnictví, vzbuzují vážné pochybnosti a nelze je akceptovat již nejen proto, že se dostávají do rozporu s postulátem sbližování právního řádu České republiky s právními řády členských států EU, ale i proto, že se dostávají do rozporu se samou povahou rozhodčího soudnictví.
