Marcomans and "superiores barbari" in Třebusice and Jevíčko penecontemporaneous with Marcomannic Wars. The problem of transitional stage B2/C1 in Bohemia and Moravia. The paper deals with new finds of graves and settlements from Bohemia and Moravia during the second half of 2nd Century AD, especially important burials and metal artifacts (mainly fibulas) from Třebusice (Central Bohemian Region) and Jevíčko (historical territory of Moravia, now The Pardubice Region). Author focuses on developing a more detailed chronology of assemblages before, during and just after the Marcomannic Wars (B2b, B2/C1 and C1a). Evidence was found that "superiores barbari", ie. bearers of the Przeworsk and the Wielbark Culture, were present on Marcoman territory at this time. A similar situation where the Przeworsk and Wielbark Cultures appear to exist on Marcoman territory has been observed in other regions. These regions can be divided into eight main areas (north-western, central and eastern Bohemia, Malá Haná region (CZ), central and southern Moravia, Záhorie (SK) and the northern part of Lower Austria., Eduard Droberjar., České resumé., and Obsahuje seznam literatury
The reported research in Malżyce, site no. 30, situated on one of the of the vast loess-covered elevations of the Małopolska Upland has brought valuable data on the Funnel Beaker (TRB) and the Corded Ware (CWC) cultures in West Małopolska. The central grave of the TRB barrow was accompanied by five chronologically younger graves of the CWC and three graves of the Early Bronze Age Mierzanowice culture. In the TRB grave two vessels and a flint trapezium were found. In its size and constructional traits the Malżyce TRB barrow is analogous to various CWC features of this type. But becouse of its dating – the TRB tumulus in Malżyce cannot be regarded as a valid argument for deriving CWC burial mounds from TRB structures., Krysztof Tunia, Piotr Włodarczak., and Obsahuje seznam literatury
Species of the genus Lamellodiscus Johnston et Tiegs, 1922 (Monogenea: Diplectanidae) are characterised by a complex haptor bearing many different attachment elements: two pairs of main hooks joined by medial bars, 14 peripheral marginal hooks and one or two lamellodiscs, formed by several overlapping sclerotised plates (lamellae). These haptoral structures appear gradually during parasite development and, therefore, attachment strategies vary with developmental stage. The main aim of this work was to study the developmental changes of Lamellodiscus theroni Amine, Euzet et Kechemir-Issad, 2007 under experimental conditions, with special attention to the gradual variations in attachment strategies and the pathological implications. Throughout the gradual development of the sclerotised structures, six developmental phases were distinguished in L. theroni: phase I, with only 14 peripheral marginal hooks; phase II, with main hooks (ventral and dorsal) formed; phase III, with ventral bar formed; phase IV, with dorsal bars formed; phase V, with dorsal and ventral lamellodiscs formed; and phase VI, adult stage with male copulatory organ formed. During development, parasites attach to different parts of the first and secondary gill lamellae and the mode of attachment changes from unspecific stage, i.e. based on piercing any flat gill tissue in the early stages, through an intermediate stage when ventral and dorsal main hooks are completely functional and parasites become restricted to the interlamellar space, and finally to the definitive adult attachment stage when lamellodiscs are fully developed. The timing of key events in the development of L. theroni was used to establish adequate intervals for anthelmintic drug administration., Neus Sánchez-García, Juan A. Raga, Francisco E. On the basis of selected types of supra-regional brooches (A.65, Nauheim, Schüsselfibeln, A.18), an attempt was made to check whether they appeared in the eastern part of Germania in the same chronological Carpathians corresponds to the chronology in the primary distribution zone, no significant differences can be seen. Another picture – obtained, however, from a small number of finds – is drawn for Nauheim type brooches, which seem to remain in use a little longer in the zone between the Carpathian Mountains and the Baltic coast, until the younger stage of the LT D2 phase. Similarly, bowl-shaped brooches (Schüssel-fibeln), probably made mostly in local workshops, were worn in the north for several decades longer than in the zone south of the Carpathian Mountains. In Pomerania they came into use probably slightly earlier than in the area of Przeworsk culture and probably went out of fashion a little faster. This indicates a slightly different rhythm of stylistic and fashion changes between southern and central Poland (Przeworsk culture) and the north – the region of the lower Vistula and the Gulf of Gdańsk. and Cílem článku je ověřit na základě vybraných typů spon vyskytujících se v pozdní době laténské napříč střední Evropou (Almgren 65, nauheimská, lžičkovitá, Almgren 18), zda se tyto spony ve východní části Ger-mánie objevují ve shodném rytmu jako v mateřských oblastech. To naznačuje rozdílný rytmus stylistických a módních změn mezi Pobaltím, resp. regionem dolní Visly a Gdaňského zálivu, a oblastí převorské kultury v jižním a středním Polsku.
