Data mining is a set of methods for data processing with the aim to obtain non-trivial information not apparent at first glance usually due to the huge data volume or their complexity. This new scientific discipline helps to solve problems of this kind. and Data mining, neboli dolování dat, je soubor metod sloužících ke zpracování dat a získání netriviálních informací v nich obsažených, které nejsou na první pohled zřejmé a ani zkušení odborníci je nejsou schopni odhalit, zejména z důvodu velikosti datových souborů nebo komplexnosti vazeb. Proto vznikl data mining jako vědní obor, který za pomoci moderní výpočetní techniky řeší podobné problémy.
According to the present author´s results a following system of the galactic dynamical constants is proposed: local escape velocity, u = (520+30) km s^-1, local circular velocity, u = (230+30) km s^-1, local angular velocity of rotation, ω = (25+5) km s^-1 kpc^-1, local circular frequency of planar oscillations, κp = (40+10) km s^-1, local circlar frequency of vertical oscillations, κz = (70120) km^-1 kpc^-1. The value of (9+1), kpc is assumed fpar the galactocentric distance of the Sun. The latter three values yield (0.09±0.03) pc^-3 for the local matter density, a value very close to the density obtained by use of statistical methods. On the basis of the proposed value it is concluded that the dark matter should to present in the form of a large, rerefied, massive, spherical corona.
The male of the gonad-infecting nematode Philometra filiformis (Stossich, 1896) (Philometridae) is for the first time described, based on specimens from the ovary of the marine fish Pagellus erythrinus (Linnaeus) from the Tyrrhenian Sea off Sicily, Italy. It is mainly characterized by the testis extending anteriorly nearly to the anterior end of body, the oesophagus without a usual anterior inflation, the absence of a dorsal barb or distinct transverse lamellae on the tip of the gubernaculum, the measurements of the spicules and the gubernaculum, and a fairly long body.
