Acquisition system of platoon is a significant force multiplier for this small unit. using the system, platoon can guide fire support of army aviation (helicopters) as well as of air force (combat aircrafts) and artillery. The system has been qualified for joint NATo operations. it comprises mini-uAVs and TCDl data link terminals due to which the system can be deployed to support reconnaissance and military intelligence, especially of the iMiNT type (image intelligence). The complete system is operable by one person - Joint Fire observer (JFo) who shall become an organic part of all combat platoons, particularly of those that are active in international operations. and Akviziční komplet čety představuje zásadní multiplikátor síly této malé jednotky. Mimo palebnou podporu tak lze celou sestavu používat i pro průzkum a vojenské zpravodajství, zejména obrazové zpravodajství typu IMINT. Celý komplet je přitom použitelný jedinou osobou - specialistou JFO (Joint Fire Observer), který by měl být do budoucna organickou součástí všech bojových čet, a to především těch, které působí v mezinárodních operacích.
High resolution and high signal to noise ratio CCD observations
of 59 Cyg show periodic variations in the radial velocities of
the components of Hα-line, i.e. of the absorption component,
and of the intensity ratio of the blue and red emission components. The period 29.14 d suggest duplicity of this star.
The effects of long-term exposure to ozone (O3, 60 mm3 m-3 for 5 h d-1) on some Calvin cycle enzymes, in particular those modulated by the thioredoxin system, were studied in two poplar clones. These clones differ in sensitivity to O3. In the I-214 clone, the first effects from O3 treatment were seen after 40 d of fumigation, while the Eridano clone showed visible symptoms of damage after only 15 d of the treatment. Specific activity of ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (E.C. 4.1.1.39) diminished in both the clones, while specific activity of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (E.C. 4.1.1.31) increased. Exposure to O3 also caused a reduction in the specific activity of ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate kinase (E.C. 2.7.1.19) in both clones. At the end of the exposure to O3, specific activity of glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (E.C. 1.2.1.13) increased in I-214 and remained similar to the control in Eridano, whereas specific activity of fructose-1,6-bisphosphate phosphatase (E.C. 3.1.3.11) was higher in Eridano and similar to the control in I-214. and E. The paper describes asymptotic properties of a strongly nonlinear system $\dot{x}=f(t,x)$, $(t,x)\in \mathbb{R}\times \mathbb{R}^n$. The existence of an $\lfloor {}n/2\rfloor$ parametric family of solutions tending to zero is proved. Conditions posed on the system try to be independent of its linear approximation.
During 1976-1986 years spectral investigations of X-ray binary A0535+26 = HDE 245770 and runaway supergiant HD 188209 were carried out with the 6-m telescope. The probable orbit of Be-star HDE 245770 with P=35d1 is suggested, P« Harmanec has also found a period of 0d187 in radial velocities. At times of 1h Hp emission profiles are variable, A search for pulsar period (P=104 a) in positional and photometric parameters of emission has given no positive results, profiles of the runaway HL 188209 varies from night to night. The orbit with P= 18d84 is found together with probable nonradial pulsations at times of -^1 day.
