License Agreement for the HamleDT 1.0

between

the respective proprietors (see below the descriptions and terms for individual languages)
(the Proprietor)

and

the User

where I (the User) understand that HamleDT is based on many pre-existing treebanks, each of which has its authors and/or owners and license terms that are not identical for all the treebanks included. I have read the respective license terms, I understand them and I will use the data in accordance with them. I specifically acknowledge that some of the treebanks mentioned above permit only non-commercial usage.

The additional tree transformations and the software performing the transformations is copyright Charles University, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Institute of Formal and Applied Linguistics. It is provided as-is (without any warranty) and may be freely used, modified and redistributed under the GNU General Public License version 3.0 or the Perl Artistic License version 1.0.
