dc.description	The segment from the 1942 Český zvukový týdeník Aktualita (Czech Aktualita Sound Newsreel) Issue No. 23 informs the viewers about the establishment of rural shelters for the children of working farmers. The expected number set up in the near future is around 1,000. Footage from the shelter in Loukovec near Mnichovo Hradiště. Children are playing in the garden, in the sandpit, on swings, and watering flowers. We see children resting and sleeping in beds inside the shelter and playing around. They're having a little snack in the form of soup. The younger children are fed by nurses. Footage of sleeping babies and a laughing toddler.
