Due to the a development of nanotechnology in all areas of human activities, and the important role of South Moravia as industrial base with a growing importance of emerging technologies, it is necessary to educate young generation and prepare it to this novel trends and allow it a better flexible integration into the work market. Therefore, and as a base to the existing Ph.D. branch ''Physical electronics and Nanotechnology'', it is necessary to develop an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach to this area at the lower levels, for Bachelor and Magister students in Electrical Engineering. The existing cours Nanometrology for Magister level is there shown as example of this tendency. and S nastupujícím rozmachem nanotechnologií ve všech oborech lidské činnosti a vzhledem k tomu, že Jihomoravský kraj je významnou průmyslovou základnou s rostoucím podílem inovačních postupů v oblasti nanotechnologií a informačních technologií, je nejen žádoucí, ale i nezbytné, připravovat mladé lidi na tyto nové trendy s cílem jejich snadnějšího, flexibilnějšího začlenění na trhu práce.
In this article, the author describes sweeping changes in the gender system and ofers explanations for why change has been uneven. Because the devaluation of activities done by women has changed little, women have had strong incentive to enter male jobs, but men have had little incentive to take on female activities or jobs. he gender egalitarianism that gained traction was the notion that women should have access to upward mobility and to all areas of schooling and jobs.
