REST-style web service that can return relevant geographical information (including toponyms, which is probably the most relevant for CLARIN) given a specific area as input Especially useful in combination with http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Osmosis to carve out certain areas based on pre-defined polygons (e.g. country boundaries).
