The segment from the 1942 Český zvukový týdeník Aktualita (Czech Aktualita Sound Newsreel) Issue No. 38 informs about the training courses for stokers which were organised by The Central National Workers Union (Národní odborová ústředna zaměstnanecká - NOÚZ) in response to the need for fuel saving. Footage of the stokers at work, of the interior of the boiler room, and a plan of the central heating system.
