Description
The segment features the official visit of President Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk to the Podolí sanatorium in Prague on 8 May 1920. The President arrives in a Praga automobile and tours the sanatorium grounds in the company of his chancellor Přemysl Šámal. Among their guides is doctor Professor Rudolf Jedlička, a patron of several social programmes and founder of Czech roentgen therapy and radiology, as well as medical rehabilitation.
