Description
The 1927 segment from the Agrofilm production company shows the exteriors of the new Bulovka Hospital complex, which was built on the site of an abandoned homestead, also named Bulovka, in Libeň. The hospital was expanded with six pavilions, an outbuilding, and three residential buildings for employees, designed by architects Mečislav Petrů, F. X. Nevole, Vladislav Martínek, Vratislav Lhota, Jan Rosůlek, and Karel Roštík. The Bulovka Hospital complex was finished in 1934, but it was already ceremoniously handed over to the public on 21 June 1931.
